SERVICESI offer individual peer support sessions for young adults navigating substance use, early recovery, relapse, or uncertainty about their relationship with drugs and alcohol.

Sessions are collaborative conversations designed to provide support, perspective, and accountability in a non-judgmental environment.

Areas we may explore include:

• navigating early recovery and daily structure and stability
• harm reduction strategies
• rebuilding interpersonal relationships
• coping with cravings and triggers
• identity and self-acceptance
• LGBTQ+ experiences in recovery
• rebuilding confidence and purpose


Sessions are available virtually as well as in-person in Brookyln, NYC

 FEES AND ACCESSIBILITY
Blue Hour Recovery operates on a sliding scale to increase accessibility for young people seeking support.

Sessions are typically $30 per hour, though reduced rates may be available depending on individual financial circumstances.
Services are available via:

• Virtually (Telehealth)
• In person in Brooklyn, New York

If cost is a barrier, I encourage potential clients to reach out. My goal is to make peer support accessible to those who need it.
